Share What God is Doing

Follow up – work continues 11.19.17

God moved again in the Saturday Engage Day at My Father’s House. Teams went to their areas to pray over them first. One team went to an apartment complex to continue to follow up with a couple of young ladies who got saved last month. One team member felt we should go back with groceries, knowing that they are up against it financially.

James 2:16 says: “If one of you says to them, “Go in peace; keep warm and well fed,” but does nothing about their physical needs, what good is it?”

To give everyone a chance to participate, he announced to all the teams at lunch the plans, and it was amazing how much was pitched in.

The team went to the store and bought two carts full for actually three households.

On taking the food, a team member knocked on their door of the first place and told them a bunch of people they don’t know pitched in a bunch of money to buy them groceries. They asked “why would they do that?”.

The team went in and ministered more truth of the Word, with more deliverance taking place. We found them softer and more open than before with them starting to get an understanding of the Word and realizing the deceptions that were giving those things place.

It’s good to see the Word of God start taking effect in people as they just start this new walk.
